How to Order

Read the Service Agreement to be sure you understand what services and intellectual property rights you’re buying, as well as the satisfaction guarantee.

If others in the practice need to be involved in selecting the design concept and reviewing and approving design drafts, please secure their input and approval before placing the order and before offering feedback on work in progress. 

Once you have the input and approvals needed and you understand and accept the service terms, select the “Add to Cart” button for the logo concept you have chosen. 

If you’d like to shop for social media graphics or stationery, choose the appropriate link in the right sidebar.

Once you’ve finished shopping, choose the “Proceed to checkout” button to continue to the secure order form.

Complete all the required fields, entering your practice name exactly as you want it to appear in your logo. 

Use the “Order notes” text box under the “Additional information” heading to ask questions or tell me anything you’d like me to know before I begin customizing the logo design you’ve chosen.

Review the Privacy Policy if you have concerns about how I will use your information.

Accept the Site Terms and approve the use of your data as needed to complete your order. 

Choose the “Place order” button when you’re done.
